The Kitchener area in south-western Ontario is one of the biggest German areas outside of Germany. It also throws the biggest Oktoberfest outside of Germany every year too.
Just a half hour down the road, you would find London, Ontario which is the biggest city in the area. It's complete with a Thames river running through it.
