Never happen...too many of their Communist brethren live in the big cities. They might go for some place like Bugtussle, OK, though...
Of course, even if he's fool enough to try, he's bound to know that we would immediately eleminate the whole of North Korea, making South Korea an island. There's a huge difference between a fission nuke, which he has, and a fusion nuke, which we would trade for his fission weapons.
That might be why Bush is considering pulling our people out of S. Korea...
