Spanno, you can't nuke Iraq for two simple reasons:
1 - Pissed off arabs. There are alot of people in the middle east, they are bad enough when they are allies, imagine them all pissed off because a few innocent Saddam lovers got killed along with the morons running Iraq.
2 - Nobody will buy radioactive oil.
Solve those two problems, and nuke away. :-)
