Mutt - maybe when you initially interview a new model, you might let her know up front that she is playing a role, fulfilling a fantasy, and different webmasters will look at her photographs and make up their own stories about what's going on in order to keep their surfers happy. If you've got a "cooling off" period where the girl goes home for a day or two before committing to a shoot, you might encourage her to surf some porn sites and see how her photos will be used.
At least then you'll know that the ones who come in for the shoot are fully aware and are less likely to throw a hissy fit and quit. (Although in the same vein, it will probably cut down on the number of girls who come back.)
