I dont have the time to explain it to you, but i'm a bit concerned as to why your initial reaction would be that we are lying or cheating somehow when you dont even bother to follow the process to see how it really works.

For somebody who talks about civil liberties so much, you sure do jump the conclusion of "guilty" til proven innocent an awful lot...Maybe you and Ashcroft have more in common than you think?
