A little off topic...

What is with all those Cyprus and Malta porn companies?

Last I was in Cyprus the law stated that all adult magazines had to be shrink-wrapped and carry a sticker saying for adult purchase only + ultra-explicit magazines were prohibited.

Same thing on Malta - they first allowed ultra softcore version of Playboy to be sold in 2001....

I know they are offshore places, but why print "Cyprus" and "Malta" on the sites... I do not see many sites telling/bragging they are from "Utah", so why "Cyprus" and "Malta"?
