Peaches - part of the reason I moved to Tampa was business... Though it would be in my top 5 places to live in the US right now. New Orleans is a great place to visit, one of the best in the world - but its not best to live. The state and city are hampered by corruption, and hence is very backwards.... and things probably will not be changing anytime soon.
It is still HOME for me, and is a vital part of who I am....
As far as my place in NO, I need someone to house sit for long stretchs at time.... You would have to also puppy sit.
