Seriously folks, cutting taxes and boosting government spending is a ticking time bomb... all of this forecasting INCLUDES the apparent benefit of cutting taxes.
It isn't to tax Mike more - it is to find a way to make the government spend less!
Canada's budget is balanced, come on now, you claim we aren't as advanced as you are...
