We also received the same package last year claiming that since we are a Dutch company we need to pay. Well, we are not a Dutch company
, we just had an office in the Netherlands... And all our domains' whois info has this address.
One way or another, ACACIA either got the address from WHOIS or from some content provider (which is more likely).
