Yeah - what IS next?
I have to agree with you Alex - if they keep up with stuff like this then it will totally set a precedent in the courts. Hopefully every stupid patent case like this will then be seen as just another attempt to patent something they have no right to patent. Hmmmm...what would mainstream do if we patented everything WE ever came up with? Where would they be today?
Whatever happened to the hyperlinks patent? I hadn't heard anything more on that one. What a whacked idea that one was....
