I never said that.
In fact, I said above that if all you need is a database and webserver, stick with *nix, mysql, and php.
98% of the servers I work with are *nix and that is fine with me.
I would not put a lot of porn sites on a MS Server, nor have I ever said I wanted to. There is just no need for that.
I am talking about enterprise solutions and enterprise data engines.
I build MS solutions at home, in my spare time. At work, I build on *nix platforms with PHP.
If you think that is what I was implying, we need to back up and start again.
The topic of this discussion was ASP.NET, not running your porn sites on Windows Server.
