In my ongoing study of chargebacks (see.
http://www.oprano.com/msgboard/index.php?a...a7d46452a93ca38 ) then I have seen that most of the people who does 5-6 months of chargebacks in a row are comming from Europe. Getting more Europeans on local solutions will mean less chargebacks
Oh and did I mention that local billing options/pricing = more signups = more money
