Local billing options do already excist in most of the countries buying adult subscriptions... so what is holding the big processors back?

I think its a case of the international processors who have these options aren't stupid enough to give them to a usa based billing company for their profit ... licensing and exclusive deals with banks/communications companies etc prevent usa based companies from breaking in I think ...
great post rolo ...
