Hehe - here's a typical Southerner's remark from boortz.com:
"I HAVE SAID THAT I DON’T MIND COLD WEATHER …
… but now, since it was eight degrees this morning when I pulled out of the garage, I wish to modify those remarks.
I don’t mind cold weather if you hear snow … packed powder … crunching under your ski boots. I don’t mind cold weather if its piled up cooling a bottle of schnapps right next to a hot tub in which I am sitting. I don’t mind cold weather if I’m sitting at the top of Tomahawk at Steamboat, or China Bowl at Vail, waiting to make first tracks in a few inches (not feet) of fresh powder.
But … this cold we have here in Atlanta? Let me tell you … on my way to the studios at 4:30 this morning I stopped by my hangar at PDK, went inside, and plugged in that Tanis system on N750DP. As soon as today’s gig is over it’s PDK MCN OCF LAL RSW APF … and warmer weather."
And Ulf - I'm going for lunch at my brother's (and I get to play with my niece!!!

) - even though we ARE from the south, it will just be my stomach that gets warmed
