This rulings give ANYONE access to ANY ISPs Customer private information just by saying his copyright is being infringed.
Not need to present your case to a judge.
...which mean it might not be your content, it might not even be copyrighted, but YOUR ISP will give YOUR personal information to just about ANYONE
...and you guys are standing here applauding it...
