I came home from this show with 6 business cards and a lighter, and 4 new accounts...no shirts, no boobs and no literature. Business was conducted at the booths of the people that wanted my work. Emails with contracts locked in the deals.
I did spend 2 hours at a booth going over new encoding technology for streaming live video. The sponsor took the time to give a complete demo and answer all questions. His professionalism and the product got me as a new customer.
Size and location doesn't matter to me. I really like Dokk's Jamaica getaway, very relaxing and plenty of time to talk while soaking down a beer by the beach.
