KK I'm wishing the bandwidth prices would go back up. I think that in itself would take care of a lot of the "glut of free porn" that we see out there and raise that barrier of entry.

I understand what you're saying about lower hotel prices encouraging the "gawkers", but smaller legitimate webmasters are also down on that level. Is there a way to encourage the legitimate webmasters to attend without also enticing the "here to get drunk and get laid" gawkers?

The last part - sponsors and the money they spend - is a double-edged sword. Would sponsors rather be in a Venetian, raising their cost of attending/sponsoring the show in order to feel that they "got something for sponsoring", or would they rather have more webmasters there to interact with in order to feel that their money was well-spent?

We've heard my perspective from an "average" attendee, I guess now we need the perspective of an "average" sponsor - what they want and need in order to feel that *their* money was well-spent and it was worth their time/effort/money to sponsor the show.
