property ownership has it's liabilities...
Renting place in Rome is a piece of cake,
there are tons of websites catering to "accidental tourists"
;-))
I'm sure you can do the same with "Big Easy"
{talk to Mike, they have very nice apt fully stocked for friends and family}

I'll remind you closer to date and as far as lessons are concerned,
after my first lessons MikeAI never even touches vodka,
I guess I "over taught" him
