Peaches, I believe that the Mirage is one- half step up from the Treasure Island in both ambievance and room size. Harrahs is probably a little more convenient, because you don't have to cross the street. The best location would be near the BACK door of the sands.... since that is where the show is always located.
I think you will see prices continue to drop for that week in Vegas. The hotels had the prices propped up again, and they are seeing that they are not going to get them moved at those prices.
