A show, any show, is what you make of it ! You can have attendance in the thousands and not get anything done, because of all the posturing and elite bullshit that is associated with it. The Tropicana may not be one of the Hot properties any longer , but it is affordable to most. Not all web masters make large. A show such as this one gives some of the smaller guys the opportunity , to rub shoulders with the Big Boys in a more relaxed atmosphere. Some of us seem to forget where we started! The shows to me, are about the sharing of ideas,whether you are a whale or a minnow!I think the new direction, and Ideas for the business, can come or will come from some one who dosent know any better, and says hey let me try this !I know for a fact there were other Large concerns in town brought in by the show,so There was business done! As there was at the show, and the parties that followed! Personally I liked it and will go back again, when it is on next year! I did post pics in a seperate thread, I think they capture the spirit of what it was all about !
