It would be assumed he dreams of the sexual encounter that would cause a massive spontanious expulsion and leave him with 12 inches of rock hard pee-pee.
This rare condition can be observed by following the fact that he has gone from balding to a full head of hair (he attempts to hide this by head shaving) and his new found ability to spell. When one observes his hair change back to balding...we will all know he has suffered massive pee-pee expulsion!
