Sorry I wasn't more clear. Yes, it has to do with the new VISA regs. I did NOT register for VISA with Paycom, so canceling the members was expected and the right thing to do for Paycom. No problems there!
Charging members up to two weeks in advance is not really what I had in mind though, and it definitely not what I consider to be a favour. Actually I expect it's not good for Paycom either, it could result in (quite a few) chargebacks?
