after giving the matter some thought (about 20 seconds worth) I've come up with a fitting punishment for Winona
Winona should have to do 2000 hours community service as a stripper (or should I say professional nude entertainer) with all profits going for rehabilitation of people who have owned baby seal hub cap covers
it's a win/win/win situation
