Honeyslut, I help run the Flynt Digital affiliate program....and have been an adult webmaster for 7 years running my own membership, TGP, AVS, etc. sites and affiliate programs....does that count?
Personally speaking, I think it's important for any company to have a good mix of genders and varying personality types for it to be the most productive. Just my two pennies anyway...
