I would LOVE to see more women doing their own shit and not working for "the man". It seems like there were more women who owned their own sites back in the day. I think a LOT of them are working for big adult companies now.
My employees have been men. I don't know why, just circumstance I guess. It doesnt seem like there are as many female programmers out there.
