Lingerie Shopping Cart

I need help in having one build in php to specifications without any merchant accounts, just a direct email notification with a bank number for payment.
I have all the details and page templates already designed.
Anyone interested in such a project? or know where I can find someone who would be interested in building a php shopping cart for a lingerie site?

My crack team? ... this has nothing to do with illegal substances. its just a simple shopping cart which seems you cannot handle, especially under two weeks. :blink:
