Depends on what line your talking about.
Its up there with one of the worst tattoos Ive ever seen.

I'm not so sure that's a real tattoo. It looks more like photoshop work to me.

As for the string being offensive, that's a matter of personal taste, and the string is temporary.

Even if the tat is real, it's in a location easily concealed by clothing or by simply not shaving the pubes. I've seen far worse on many men's forearms.

The neutral and hot are both the same size in that tattoo. Someone doesn't know their electrical receptacles.
