I have watched this come into fruition over the last few years with the advance of technology and the spread of webcams in every household. The adult social sites were a big clue when you noticed the HUGE amount of "dick profiles".

No problem. To take the conversation a little deeper ... it's more than just "guys wagging their cocks on cam" ... the point I was trying to make was more about the kink or fetish they desire. 2257 would only come into play for sexually explicit images. I would imagine that you could get many to upload pics even with a rule of "No Sexually Explicit" images.
