To TGP or not to TGP (MPG too)
OK I might be way off in left field here but I have an idea...hear me out and tell if Im retarded wait make that tell me if the idea is retarded...I prolly am.
OK Mikesouth.com does decent traffic has a good google PR and all that Now what if I added a tgp site off of that got it approved on chameleon submitter and started doing the tgp thing Heres what Im thinking. 1. it ups the traffic to mikesouth.com 2. it probably helps with keywords and what not 3. could be a future source of revenue Is this idea any good? |
Re: To TGP or not to TGP (MPG too)
1. Yes, it would increase the traffic to that domain. I'm not so sure it significantly ups the traffic to the main site.
2. If you make it a text TGP rather than a thumb TGP then yes it would help add a whole bunch of keywords, but again, I'm not sure it helps improve the rank of the keywords that would lead people to the main site. 3. Possibly, depends on how much time you have to work it and many other factors. If your end goal is more traffic to the main site, then I don't know that the time and effort are going to justify the end result. just my 2¢, for what it's worth |

I think a better course would be spending that time and effort getting more back links. The blogging gurus can give you all kinds of tips on that one. |
Re: To TGP or not to TGP (MPG too)
I have a decent amount of those as I said my PR is solid (4 or 5 depending ) I might ask a more nebulous version over at the lesser forum see if any seo gurus bite on it
