J.R. Simplot, agribusiness giant, dies in Idaho

It's a sad day-

One of my personal heroes has died.
First met him in a series called "The Entrepreneurs," Narrated by Robert Mitchum.

This guy is responsible for your McD's Fries. (Among others)

Nothing to do with adult, just a good guy. And was anti-religion. "Didn't believe in Hocus Pocus."

Sidebar!

Robert Mitchum is one of my favorite actors of all time. If you've never seen the original 1962 movie Cape Fear. You should :okthumb:

R.I.P J.R. If ya had to go, at least it was Idaho

He died with a smile on his face, that's for sure.

How do you feel about the oil switch?
I think it has changed the taste.

Should have been done years ago when they first knew about it.
