There was no money exchanged.

I have not taken any sides.

I beat on a newbie pretty fucking hard. That was wrong.

I then went and researched the whole mess. Both sides have legitimate gripes. (imho)

The bset thing here (again imho) is for both sides to let it die.

I am sure another drama will come down the road for our entertainment soon enough.

Sarettah, you cannot possibly know our side of things. You did not call or email or icq you me and have never once asked us for our side of things.

You can not possible know the experience we went through having Shellee Hale, as a CLIENT, for as long as we did. Our system is very detailed and every single request, as unreasonable as it was, was handled properly, to her bennifit, and was carefully documented.

I am sure you do not have the time for a discussion on this matter with us and that is fine. I applaud you for not taking sides, but please do not say that you have "researched this" without knowing what we really had to do and put up with to keep Shellee Hale happy. I would never in a million years wish for any other merchant to have to take her on as a customer and I certainly do not wish that upon you either.

Mark, I read pretty much every thread I could find on this on every board. You stated your case prtty thoroughly from what I can see. Shellee stated her case pretty thoroughly.

If there is stuff that is not on the boards I am really not aware of it.

I was in contact with Shellee to first ask her to stay out of a thread.

Then I contacted her to apologize. During the conversation she expressed several times that she wanted it to end.

I finally asked her if I could post on her behalf, basically acting as a neutral third party to broker a deal between the two of you to get it to end.

I am not taking sides. I am not claiming to have inside information.

I have the cases that you both presented to the boards.

I am sure there is more on both sides that the world at large does not know. I do not know it either.

Sorry Saretteh, but a quick chat with ShelleeHale and reading what you have read on the forums so far do not even begin to give you the whole truth. And, I have no interest whatsoever in being a part of any "brokered deal" with Shellee Hale.

Send business our way or send it elsewhere due to my comments about that woman, it is up to you. But there will never be any kind of "deal" with her.

What I am saying Sarettah, is that you do not know 1 tenth of the entire story. Shellee Hale is a very smooth talker and if you think you know even a part of the picture after talking to her, then she has you fooled.

And, all I am saying is that I am in no way interested EVER in being Shellee Hales friend. We put up with that know-it-all newbie shooting us down for over 6 months AND accuse us of illegal practices AND try to hire away employees AND accuse other employees of jumping ship. (Remember when that cunt said that She "Had Proof"? Remember that? Where the fuck was that dizzy fucking cunt's proof? It was NO WHERE because she LIED to you and LIED to everyone else here in 1 of 1000 lame attempts to attrack people to her side to fill the gaps of her now empty life!

I have not had time to form a real opinion of shellee or you.

By my own jumping on the bandwagon I ended up in the middle of something.

I used to help a lot of newbies. I stopped for several reasons, one being that they can be a royal pain in the ass. But I never intended to become someone that beat the shit out of them either and that is what i was doing.

My impressions of you in the threads I visited were not bad. I actually thought that you offered up several solutions. As I said to my wife while yakking about this whole mess, about you, "he seems like a stand up guy. he has publically offered up solutions but has not had them be accepted, what's a guy supposed to do". In addition, you participated in a fairly constructive discussion about the marketing to newbies thing without getting all defensive about it. Add to that the fact that when I googled on your company I found virtually no complaints. So if you are assuming that my opinion of you is bad, that is your assumption, not mine.

Guys, I am nobody. A programmer that has been around in adult for a good long time, has had sites of various kinds, do a script or two here and there. A member of the adult community but not making a fortune by any means. So, I can in no way make or break you or Shellee. The only real rep I have in this business is that I am honest and that I sometimes help folks out just , well, just because. I don't really always know why myself..lol

So, if you want to wage a full out war, go right ahead. Choose your weapons and go for it.

I would think that you have better things to do.

The post wasn't really directed at you dude, sorry. But the idea of being "friends" with Shellee Hale makes my skin crawl.

Shellee: Feel free to call me an asshole in this thread, I won't reply to you. But from now on I would appreciate it if you leave our name out of your memory. lol. I will give you a call. I don't know if I can fit it in tomorrow. Kind of depends on how the morning goes. I am having an "issue" with my host and our email server that I have to get taken care of - highest priority.
