The shit is on here in California!

Several gay porn sites are running pics of high school water polo players
on their hardcore sites along side hardcore pics and solicitations.

The parents and school officials are in an uproar and the gay sites are
claiming '1st Amendment' bullshit.

I say hunt these fuckers down and burn their asses for this shit.

Doesn't 2257 cover all this? Isn't it a major felony to post pics of underaged
people on a porn site? Even if the pics aren't hardcore, using them on a porn site and charging admission is way past the point of no return.

Thats pretty low for sure. I dont think 2257 covers this but Im not a lawyer.

In theory, and this is only theory, if you have a porn site, the implication is that every model that appears on the site is somehow involved in porn.

Staight sites would be hung up by their toes for putting pictures of 14 year old cheerleaders on the front of a hardcore porn site. The gay guys might think they can yell discrimination from the roof tops and get away with it, but the reality is that the site is of an adult nature, and the impression given is that these younger guys may be involved somehow with the site.

At bare minimum, they would require a model release (signed by their parents, as the boys are not over 18, apparently), which I am sure they don't have. The only way around that would be to prove that the site is news site, that they are the media, etc, but they would then have to show rights from the original photographer or press passes for their own company from the event.

The parents can sue these stupid people, and they could win on any number of points.

Stupid fuckers. Who is processing for them?

Yeah I agree, no one would have any problems going witch hunting should the female water polo team show up on a Hardcore site but why is that they feel they can just do as they please on a gay niche site? I think the implications are that somehow the are aprt of the site.

Im interested in seeing where this goes.
