My home is being used for filming and I need a release from an artist for some artwork I have. Any suggestions on how to word it?

THe artist is from Romania, I was trying to make it as simple as possible. Told him to just say it could be used for any/all commercial/print work.

Sorry I bothered the board with this one...was having a brain fart moment.
