Sounds lovely mate ;) Good on ya .

I'm gonna be cooking a nice roast with all the trimmings, some nice stilton with apricots, bottle of lanson and a nice cohiba :)

Now that sounds fantastic... hmmm... may need to prompt the little lady to take a gander at this thread :okthumb:

Edit: I'll still do the cooking :)

Re: What does everyone have planned

My sweetie and I will have a quiet evening, with good food (to be planned later), some champagne, and watching something happening somewhere on television. We'll issue in the New Year with a kiss at midnight. We'll also have our traditional New Year's Day pork dinner then telephone my mother-in-law to let her know that we did. (She's a supersitious woman and has already asked us if we've purchased the pork roast.) :)

Then I'll hang up all the new calendars. I look forward to that every year. A whole brand new, fresh year to play with. :okthumb:

We're going to spend the evening with friends. I'll probably get quite drunk and of course the traditional kiss at midnight and then the traditional New Year's fuck when we get home. :)

Traditions are good. :)

Yours do sound better than that damned pork roast, however. I must speak to the husband about that. :)

Likely going over to a friends house for a very relaxing and early evening with little to no drinking as i have to get up and go watch the Packers game on New Years day.

Damn, Inny. I'm going to have to come down there one of these days. You guys seem to know how to party!!! http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/ok.gif

Circumstances compel me to have a much more boring and toned-down time than that I would otherwise like to do. Ah well. http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/huh.gif

Guess we'll see if Dick Clark can make his own Rocking Eve this year or not.

Wow I just realized what a "well-rounded" holiday season I'm about to have!

I will be spending New Years Eve with the group of friends that I didn't spend Christmas with... (the ones that I only ever see on New Years Eve's, come to think of it)

Well, what better time than New Years to do that once-a-year fuck? :))

It's been 7 hours since my last cigarette.

I'll be hiding at home, staying away from liquor and women.

Ant ... um ... You know the two worst times of year to quit is before New Years Eve and (same time, yes) before a Vegas convention. http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/sad.gif

Small party at the house. I have all of my in-laws in town - since before Christmas. I do have some hair left.
