Finally got my connection back. I hate sprint!!
 

I lost connection yesterday morning. Called sprint and after making me turn my modem off and on they concluded the problem was on their end and it would be fixed within a few hours.

10 pm last night, still no connection. Spoke to some asshole who checked nothing but told me it was my network card and I need to call Dell.

10:30 I called again. This time I was informed that I had a trouble ticket waiting and it is being worked on. Should be up by the morning.

9 am, still no connection. After 2 1/2 hours re-configuring the ip and the modem then having to talk to Linksys to reconfigure the router, I'm finally back up.

Everytime they have a network problem we have to go through this shit.
