I believe one should one at least one dog and one cat in order to ensure mental balance.

A dog LOVES you. Yell at it, kick it, forget to feed it - it will still come up and lick your hand and let you know you are the most important person on the planet.

You can buy a cat an entire fresh tuna, and three hours later it will still shit in your slippers because you refused to wake up from a dead sleep to clean out the one soiled spot in an otherwise perfectly clean litterbox.

It's like, ying and yang, man ...

Nice .. cover their feet with paint and then try to catch the scrotes .. its bad enough when they have been in a puddle and walk across the floors ...

I have a theory about that. Dogs have been domesticated for at least 15,000 years, probably 20 thousand , when man was still a hunter-gatherer. Cats on the other hand were domesticated compartively recently in ancient Eqypt about 4,000 years ago to kill snakes. Maybe (or not) that time difference explains why dogs and cats are the way they are. Just a theory.

a few years ago in one of our studios we had an albino cat. the girls had all kinds of hair dye laying around so i took some blue and dyed the cat blue (ahh... what an asshole - i know) anyway, it was really terrible... the cat just spend 23.5 hrs a day trying to lick it off and i had no way to do anything about it.

everyone hated me for a couple weeks. :(

poor kitty.

Then, mental balance and I shall never be friends, as I have a dog who eats pussy.

Could be they are just operating on a higher plane, and are far more in touch with their inner bastard than dogs are.

hahahha, I guess you was or still are a cat owner?

Unless I married a girl with a cat, I will NEVER own one, which
I know, a girl has a pussy, but were talking feline here. :)
Besides, cats are rumored to steal your breath away while you sleep.

Re: A Book To Finally Answer That Question That Burns Deep Inside Us All

I have a dog and two cats.

My dog would love nothing better than to eat the cats. He tried very hard when he could see. He is blind now, and they fuck with him. Some day I know I'm going to have a bloody cat and a bloody dog - as in bodily fluids leaking from the critters, not in some limey rant - because he is going to get lucky.

I don't laugh when they do fuck with him. Really. I don't. That would be as mean as dying the hair of a cat blue. It would be funnier than shit, but it would be mean.

~shudders~

I hate cats. Not overly into animals period, but I hate cats.

I'd be hard pressed to think of anything that makes me madder than cleaning the car, turning my back for a second, and finding that some neighborhood beast has put it's nasty little paw prints all over the car.

Thankfully, I have moved into a neighborhood where pets do not roam.
