Well simply put I had a whale of a time.

Love Toronto. The only other place in Canada I'd consider living.In fact

We did the simple things and the touristy things..

Checked out museums , went to water parks , the full gamut.

We stayed in Royal Suites in Banff and camped on a deserted lake toasted marshmallows and swam...

came up with it in about 5 minutes ... posted it and realised it really didn't go anywhere i expected it to... but whatever... that's my creative side.. I used to write a bit in school but was never really very good at it

I have visted every major city in Canada.

I have settled in Edmonton. And I will probabably remain in Edmonton.

Despite the cold winters and mosquito summers, my reasons are this:

1) Affordable realestate for now
- my $250K house in a decent Edmonton neighborhood... would cost at least 1.5 mill in Vancouver. And Edmonton property is forcasted to INCREASE substantially over the next few years.

2) Low taxes
-Alberta has the lowest taxes in all of Canada - No debt - and NO provincial sales tax.

3) Ammentities
- We have a population of 1 mill and the largest mall in the World. Who cares if its cold you can do everything you ever need to do under one roof. http://westedmontonmall.com

4) National Parks and Rocky Mountains
- Banff is 1 hour drive from Calgary and Jasper is 3 hour drive from Edmonton.

The only shitty thing is that the economy is TOO GOOD here and its harder to find cam girls for my business becuase its easy to find jobs... BUT min wage is also LOWER.

I have thought about going to Czech... but the girls there dont speak english... but with proper training... who knows???

Economically... Alberta is definanately the best place to live in all of Canada.

If I had unlimited money though and didnt have to worry about anything. I would retire in either Pentiction or Kelowna, BC. Or Niagra Falls, ONT. Empty the nest and open a B&B.

Checked out Kelowna.

Found a couple of great houses , but my two girls are in French immersion and there is only one in Kelowna and its a long way from the houses I like.

I moved to West Van for a while , not very family orientated.And very expensive. Great view of the city though.

So I'm staying in the same area. Decent houses start around 750k here (4/5 beds 3500 sqft). And nice ones about 1m+ (5/6 beds 5000+sq ft)

Would like to move by the end of the summer , but IO want to find the bollocks house and shit there for a while.

Mind you if I was back in England I saw my old house there for sale at around GBP 3m.....if only i hadn't sold it , I could sell it and tell all of you to kiss my ass and disappear into the sunset ;-))

Yeah we stopped for gas once somewhere in Manitoba... the ENTIRE building was covered in humungous moths. I refused to even get out of the car!!!

Saskatchewan sucks ass and is boring as fuck. I grew up there and got the hell out as soon as I graduated high school. The only reason I go back there is to visit my parents.
