NPR rebroadcasts fairly topical speeches made at the National Press Club, and the one I heard today was given on May 20 by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.
In a very small segment of his remarks, he mentioned recently signing regulations designed to require producers to ensure that models were old enough. He didn't go into any great detail. I thought it interesting that he went from that to mentioning a newly formed "Obscenity" division. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/s...toryId=4659217 T'ain't much, but I had to post it. I mean, how could I NOT bait Mike AI with "NPR" and the biased liberal mongers of "The National Press Club" in the same post? :D |
It was also mentioned on a G4/TechTV show...
thought it was odd... and the tone was mostly that it was "stupid" and "censorship" |
