Red 06-24-2005 10:06 AM

It has finally stopped raining here. It's nice to actually see the sun in the sunshine state.

Newton 06-24-2005 10:17 AM

Morning Red ;) its 30 degrees here and that's very odd ;)

Trev 06-24-2005 10:45 AM

Good morning Red :)

it's 28 degree's and raining here

Exactly like the weather in Glastonbury, but I'm in the North East and it should be cold and raining up here :)

Bhelliom 06-24-2005 11:13 AM

35 here today.. plus humidity up to 41

Red 06-24-2005 11:15 AM

Geez, you guys are making me do math. It's a good thing I taught this.

let's see 1.8 x 28 =50.4 + 32 = 82.4 for Newton and 86 for Trev. That's not too bad.

It's 85 (29.4C) here right now, but it's still morning so it will get hotter.

I'm must have done my reverse math wrong as I started with: 63F and messed it up somewhere, it's 17C'ish here.

Warm but not roasting :)

I don't think I ever knew the actual formula for it...

I always just went byt the old "double it and add 30 " rule

MorganGrayson 06-24-2005 11:32 AM

Good morning, all. :bwave:

It's predicted to be 81 here today, which - comparitively speaking - is a cold snap.

I may lower the curtains and cover the mirrors anyway, though. My laptop died this morning, cursed thing.

Please don't lose the packets, Red! The dead laptop ate all my work!

MorganGrayson 06-24-2005 11:39 AM

Could someone please be kind enough to tell me what is making the "knocking" sound? It's driving me mildly bats. :o

Bhelliom 06-24-2005 11:43 AM

The heart under the floorboards?

I'm not sure what it is Morgan, as I'm not hearing it on my pc

No, Bhelliom, I didn't put the heart under the floorboards. I put it in the freezer with the spleen. Silly.

Trev...I'll figure out what it is eventually. Of course, by then I'll be stark, raving mad and...wait, how will anyone tell? Maybe I should just get up and get the door the next time I hear it.

It's your ICQ. Change your settings so it doesn't notify you when your contacts come on. Or just do what I do and turn off the sounds completely.

And don't worry, your work is safe.

MorganGrayson 06-24-2005 11:55 AM

*groan*
I hate being overtired.
Now I'm not going to be able to function until I go find my volume of Poe and reread "The Telltale Heart." Argh.

THANK YOU, O Great Goddess of Erotica!!! :wnw:

That was driving me out of what's left of my mind. Like an idiot, I kept staring at things, including my ICQ, like that was going to help.

hahahahahaha

I should have thought of that

MorganGrayson 06-24-2005 12:05 PM

Don't feel bad, Trev. I'm the one being driven crazy and *I* didn't think of it. I've been on the computer all night...and the knocking has been going on all night...and all I did was quickly pop up a different browser...as if I was going to catch some tiny gremlin before he had time to run off the edge of the screen!

You're welcome.

Paying homage, though wonderful for my ego and greatly appreciated, is unnecessary.
Monetary gratuities will suffice. :agrin:

Good happy Friday to all...

It's noon here is Texas and we are sitting at 72 degrees. That is very odd...

I would say that by 4 p.m. we should be at 100 plus. :)

Wouldn't that be F-32 divided by 1.8?

cause when going backwards you have to start in fahrenheit :P

Since I don't know of any other erotic writer named Red and I've been doing this for years, I would assume that would be me. So thank you very much.
