How much money would have to be on the line to motivate you?

For example, if there was a chance that you could take home, say, $10k, 25k or 50k on top of your regular PPS money, and that your chances to take home that money increased with the amount of sign-ups you are able to generate, would that be a motivation to 'get busy'?

I was having a conversation with someone over the weekend and the comment arose "there are only 3 ways to motivate a man: sex, money, and ego'. Its simple, and old wisdom Im sure, but its the first Ive heard it.

This post lacks mental continutity on my part, I've been sitting here for too long.

What about making it a multiple of how many joins you send..

The multiplication factor would be redundant, as the proportion of sign-ups sent is what would affect the probability of winning. Though perhaps I didnt outline the model clearly enough

or you mean the 'prize money' is a multiple of how many joins you send? Hmm, well all that would do is raise the average payout.

I think 25k would get as much publicity as 50k..

The General did a 50k giveaway for intergal a few yrs back and thet got great publicity. Won by Catman.

The other one was Greenguy winning the Viper from cybererotica.

Or how about giving you a Ferrari to drive for a yr? I know I'd want that one!

Im starting to wonder about you trev. First you tell me about the drug-running boat that I like (and offer your services for my new venture...), then you offer to arm that boat for someone else.... and now you are pre-meditating a theft of a 200 thousand dollar automobile!!

hmmmm..

 is right!

:P

So that's where Catman disappeared to :-)

I think Greenie sent CE a lot of sales, so had a good % of the tickets. And of course, a Viper is the perfect car for an upstate New York winter :-)))

I would want money over prizes myself, but I think Prizes have more of a flare for most these days.

Ferarri for a year?

the last new one I bought broke down after 2500kms.

For the Brits amongst us , just outside of Rye on the way to Hastings :(

The mocking laughing of passer bys was NEARLY on a par with that of the mocking I received when my Roller "failed to proceed" outside a bar in the middle of Tenterden once on a Saturday night about 9pm... :(

The words "Should have bought a Lada , mate" echo through my ears to this day....

:(

Also

Some points to bear in mind...

What if the winner lives in:

a trailer
with his grannie
the projects
Bosnia
fear of people knowing he is a porner
barracks

Or R-n forbid , the winner can't drive.

:)

Cold yet accurate points to consider.

I wouldn't be able to use a Ferrari for any amount of time - it would bottom out on my road :( Make it a Lexus LX470 and we can talk :)
