That is the argument present by fileshare software inventors that say their product is nothing more than the internet equivalant of such!

weigh in here Oprano, what do you think ( personal opinion) of music downloads, and file sharing in general

and then please weigh in on what YOU think the supreme court will decide, and why so?

I think that they will find that yes it is just like a camcorder. And just like a camcorder it is illegal to mass distribute copyrighted material without a liscense.

Music piracy has existed before the internet, and was just as illegal then
