Never having been a sailor of any description (the food was always better in the Air Force) I am reliabley told that you're safe from marauding Australian sailors as long as you stay way from the first pub outside the dockyard gates.

That's about as far as any Australian sailor gets when he's on shore leave ... or so I'm told :)
