Damn, next week I'm allowed to drive my car again (have a limited license plate from march to november) and it's snowing all the time. no way to drive just one yard cause I got only summer tires. That sucks. :headwall:

TheEnforcer 02-27-2005 01:41 PM

Snow rocks you big baby!! :P

HoneLynn 02-27-2005 03:04 PM

I kind of miss the snow

Raven 02-27-2005 03:19 PM

I miss snow. The blizzard in Philly..when it snowed 48 inches...those were the days...

I miss the rain. HoneLynn took it, along with Kath...

I miss my grey skies....

What the hell is going on with this weather?

Top_Of_Google_Man 02-27-2005 03:56 PM

Still waiting to see some here!

Newton 02-27-2005 04:30 PM

I love the snow too, making snow angels and yellow pictures in the snow on neighbours gardens.

Samurai Jack 02-27-2005 05:02 PM

I don't miss that white lumpy rain one bit. That's the reason I finally parked my ass in the sunshine state. Tourists and hurricanes I can handle. Blizzards and ice storms are another matter.

If I buy you a drink in Phoenix, will you give me back my rain?

Vick 02-27-2005 09:14 PM

I hate snow too!!!!!

We're supposed to get 4 to 8 inches (10 to 20 cm) or more overnight with snow heavy at times

Where the fuck is spring?

Like I want to test out the 4 wheel drive on my new Ford Explorer

Dravyk 02-28-2005 02:49 AM

Same here, Vick! :(

Hate it, hate it, hate it!!!

(... where's a good stomping icon when you need one?)

The Other Steve 02-28-2005 03:23 PM

It's 6am on the first day of autumn and I'm sitting here in nothing but a pair of shorts while Marie is sitting beside me in a sarong. When winter arrives I'll probably have to find a shirt to wear on some days.

Life sure can be a bitch in sub-tropical Queensland :nyanya:

How can you have a 'limited' plate.... and limited to certain months at that....

hmmm - how to explain....

its something special here in Germany. it's called "season plate" - it allows me to drive my car between march and november - or any other combination i choose. and i have to pay insurance and taxes only for that time the license is active. this is useful when you have a car (like me) that is not build for driving in winter times and saves money.

Makes sense...

although seems hard to enforce...

What kind of car are we talking about in your case?

it's very easy to enforce - cause it is printed in large letters 03/11 on my plate. and driving in the time from december to february is simply illegal and i have no insurance.

thats the car:
