Joe they are not hooked on zoo, they profit because it is a zoo!! Those guys could not make it here - or at least their board personas cuold not make it here. They certainly would not profit from it here.

Last I heard the 3rd residential subdivision was proceeding well, the 8th tower of the condo project has had it's slab laid and the lawyers say the float propectus will be ready early April .....
