Has anyone delt with these guys???

I just tried.....

Im setting up a new software site with transactions running through our own merchant account...

I decided to use these guys to do a little extra fraud scrub...

I go in and order a monthly subscription for $20 a month for testing and so I can code the new system with it already in it...

after 3-4 emails I finially get this....

===========================================
For our CCFD orders, we do require a e-mail associated with an
established e-commerce site to verify the system is being used
for the intended purpose.

Once your e-commerce site is launched, we would be happy to
try to process the order again.

What a fucking joke... After I program the whole the system I have to then RECODE my system for them...

I think not ...lmao

This is all over a $20/month Paypal payment...

Their system uses a web inteface that requires a "ID" to access it, so its easy to turn off....in the case of misuse....

Talk about bad biz.....

This is TJ Mather from MaxMind. We do reserve the right to only accept orders from established e-commerce companies for our CCFD service. Our policy is stated on our website here: http://www.maxmind.com/app/cart

Regarding this order, it is correct that we asked for an established e-commerce website before processing the order. We also offered to set up a free demo account that could be used before the e-commerce site was launched. Because we were not able to process the order we did issue a full refund for the PayPal payment.

In order to make sure that the system is used by legitimate merchants only, and to keep the carders out of the system, we do have to ask for an e-mail based with an e-commerce site. This allows us to provide the best service to our clients. If anyone has any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact me at tjmather@maxmind.com

Thanks,
TJ

I can have someone hook you up with a good db and install. I'll pay half of it because of your reg date. PM me if you want it hooked up, he'll give you instructions on htaccess too.
