Alisa, just an FYI if you're a designer: http://www.g3x.com is paying for designs from 1/17 to 1/30

$100 per approved tour submission (static or dynamic templates)
$50 per approved FPA submission
$25 per approved Hosted Gallery (static or dynamic) and HPA submission
$5 per approved banner any size

This is in addition to being paid the regular fees anytime you or anyone else sends traffic using your graphics :)
