Anyone or thing adding to bureaucracy and red tape carries an automatic fine, second offense will lead to expulsion and possibly having to live with no phone, no lights, no motor cars, not a single luxury

and I don't even give a shit if it's Kumar in fucking India answering the phone...I just want the option of talking to a human being...
am I the only one who has this poroblem with answering systems where the ONE option I need is the one option they don't have on their fucking menu (yes, AT&T wireless, I'm talking to you, motherfuckers)?
