I've been reading about this outrage for the skit that kicked off Monday Night Football this week and I wonder how many of those complaints were more about a white woman jumping into the arms of a black man than the actually "steaminess" of the skit?

Would there have been as much outrage if Nicolette Sheridan had jumped into the arms of a white football player?

I missed it. Seems like a whole lot of hype over a silly issue....

I saw it....

I thought it was much more boring than shocking....

just a bad promo....

I smell a spoof in the wind hahaha

stand upwind

Such a controversy that I never heard about it before this.

Owens forced to apologize

Good point Sykk - I bet there's something to that... we've been taking HUGE steps backward in this country lately...

*sigh*

The article I read this morning said that once they saw it, the players "wished it hadn't aired" and that they were bummed because they'd been promised Terri Hatcher - but got Nicolette Sheridan instead. lol

OMG...

So it's like that...

ESPN can't stop talking about it, what happened to the sports

Damn it.. I thought this was gonna be about the Green Bay-Tennessee game where the Packers lost by their biggest margin ever at Lambeau Field earlier this season that I attended and took a good friend of mine to her first regular season packer game!

THATwas a MNF tradgedy!
