I did not say that leftists are never violent, nor did I say that the American left has never committed acts of violence. However, an objective look at American history over the last 20 years will show far more violent activities on the part of the right than the left.

Modern liberalism has direct connections with socialism/communism.

Through out history the left in the US supported Lenin/Stalin, and other communist regimes. There were many leaders in the left who acively supported and excused socialist regimes - especially in the USSR.

Not all conservatives support Nazism. Not all liberals support communism.

You have to remember that the Communists have probably killed off more liberals than Nazis and Facists combined, going back to the Russian Revolution. They, at least, are smart enough to understand that there is a significant difference between conventional Western liberalism and any form of Marxism.
