Last night I fought Royce Gracie and made him tap out.

This is the sport that separates the men from the boys.

Having wrestled in college, it is also good to see guys like Randy Couteur (sp) do what he has done.

Of course, in the beginning it was a free for all with guys like Tank, but in the end it is a well rounded assortment of disciplines that produce the winners!

Randy is a fave fighter of mine too! All the Team Quest guys rock. It is gonna be interesting to see how it does against Vitor Belfort this next UFC.

Last BJJ guy that Randy fought and lost to was Enson Inoue. Vitor Belfort was trained by one of the champions of the Gracie Family, Carlson Gracie. Jiu Jitsu Coupled with his great boxing skills, he's pretty formidable.

Can't wait to see it!

Yeah there have been some who died when travel around looking for newcomers. People from the area/town turn up to fight each other and some UFC bozos.

good deal on the Judo, should be a big help on takedown skills. I'm going to start doing some MT stuff until my arm heals up, learn some low kicking and knee work.

well if your MT is good you won't have to use takedowns, but I think I'll continue to rely on my BJJ ;)

I don't know what's wrong with the arm, hopefully the MRI will show something. There are no breaks in the bone, already had regular x-rays done so It's got to be a muscle tear. It got to the point where I was using my left arm to carry my numb right arm after every class, got to get it taken care of. Rener says it doesn't matter what the doc says, we're training anyways ;)

Just stuff the arm in my belt and rock on!
